1) When did you get your start in the business?  Why? How?

I've worked in PR and marketing for almost a decade, helping brands big and small tell their stories and connect with the right audience. I've always liked figuring out how to help people find the right brands for them - from shampoo and cereal to data analytics platforms and now... gorgeous, state-of-the-art new [...]

1) When did you get your start in the business?  Why? How?

I've worked in PR and marketing for almost a decade, helping brands big and small tell their stories and connect with the right audience. I've always liked figuring out how to help people find the right brands for them - from shampoo and cereal to data analytics platforms and now... gorgeous, state-of-the-art new homes. 

2) What do you like about the business? What don't you like?

While the rest of the team is rightly on the analytical side of property-buying, I really enjoy the emotional side of helping someone find their new home. Every property and owner are like puzzle pieces, just waiting to find eachother and fit together. It definitely helps that my role on the team is all about storytelling and making connections, and I try to bring that personal side of real estate into how we present our properties. 

3) Describe the funniest or most entertaining transaction you've had?

I don't think I can answer this one! 

4) What are the greatest challenges you see in today's market? How do you overcome?

The market is incredibly fast-moving. It's a very competitive space for buyers, and listings come and go at lightning speed. Making sure we're sharing the top properties and communicating the most up to date information is essential - so you have to be flexible and responsive, with a sense of humor!
