In 2010 the real estate market was exploding in Somerville and for the first time million dollar residences were on the horizon and soon to become a staple of luxury living in Somerville. The needs of this expanding market demanded a level of service and expertise that simply did not exist at the time. This was a different animal with a sophistication and sexiness unlike anything ever offered in this area and technology that was previously a foreign element to this genre.
